Ski helmets
How to choose a ski/snowboard helmet for Canadian resort days.
Fit, certification and features matter more than brand hype. This guide lists what to check — we have not published hands-on test results yet.
What to check before you buy
- Certification marks (e.g. ASTM F2040 / CE) listed by the maker — confirm on the product page
- Fit: try with your goggles; gaps at the forehead cause cold and fogging
- Ventilation and removable liners for spring days vs deep cold
- Audio-friendly ear pads if you use helmet speakers
- Weight and buckle type for all-day comfort
