What to check before you buy
- Visible Light Transmission (VLT): darker for bright alpine sun, higher VLT for flat light / trees
- OTG fit if you wear prescription glasses
- Helmet compatibility: strap length and frame shape
- Anti-fog: dual lens + vents; avoid resting goggles on a sweaty forehead mid-run
- UV protection claimed by the maker (check the product listing)
